Description

The Graffiti Grey design dresses this electric drift trike in a black, white and red graffiti print, and the swivelling sliders on its rear wheels are what make it drift. Turn in on a flat, even surface and the rear end slides outwards, so the trike travels round the corner partly sideways instead of gripping.

Key features

  • Electric drive with its own motor
  • Swivelling rear sliders that keep each drift controllable
  • Frame that is sturdy, compact and lightweight
  • Built for level, even surfaces on private property

How the drift works

The front wheel does the steering. The sliders at the back let the rear of the trike break away as soon as you turn, and small corrections at the front hold the slide where you want it. Straighten up and the trike settles back into a straight line. Begin with gentle, wide arcs at low speed, and tighten them only once each slide ends where you expect.

Where to ride

An electric drift trike is a motor vehicle in law. Ride it only on private land, with the landowner's permission, and keep children under adult supervision. Wear a helmet and wrist, knee and elbow guards.

Before you order, ask us for the manufacturer's age and weight limits for this trike.

Questions riders ask

Does it have a motor?

Yes, an electric one. Because of that motor, British law classes the trike as a motor vehicle, which is why it stays on private land.

Which age and weight is it for?

We only show those limits after the manufacturer confirms them for the UK. Send us a question and we will request them.

Charger and plug

Charger model
[TO CONFIRM: charger model number]

Charge only with the charger made for this product's battery. A charger built for a different battery can start a fire; if yours is lost or damaged, ask us before you buy a new one.

Charging at home

  • Where: indoors, in a dry room at normal room temperature, on tiles, stone or concrete, with nothing that can burn close by.
  • Not in a hallway, on the stairs or by the front door: escape routes stay clear.
  • When: only when the pack is no longer warm from the ride, and only while you are in and awake. No overnight charging.
  • Done: unplug the charger. Never cover the battery or the charger.

Stop and contact us

Warning signs: the pack bulges, feels hot to the touch, leaks, smells of chemicals, fizzes, crackles or smokes. Stop, unplug, move away from it and contact us. A damaged battery is never ridden or charged again.

Fire: leave the building with everyone else and phone 999 from outside; putting it out is a job for the fire service.

Recycling

Household bins, including the recycling bin, are the wrong place for this product, its battery or its charger. Anything with a lithium-ion pack inside has to be handed in separately.

Recycling batteries and chargers

Sending a battery product back

Lithium-ion batteries are dangerous goods in transport. Talk to us before you return anything that has one, and we will book a carrier that accepts it. If a battery looks damaged, has swollen, leaks or has got too hot, do not post it: message us first and wait for our instructions.

Riding rules in Great Britain

Unless the description of this product says otherwise, ride it only on private land, with the landowner's permission: not on roads, pavements, cycle lanes or in parks.

Every ride: helmet on, guards on wrists, elbows and knees, and an adult watching whenever a child rides.
