About Voltes Mobility

Voltes Mobility is an online shop for riders who take a hoverboard off the tarmac and onto lawns, sand and unsurfaced ground on private land, and for anyone who wants straight answers when a board will not charge, beeps or does not feel right.

What we sell

Six products, built around two board sizes:

• an 8.5-inch board on off-road tyres, driven by two 400 W motors;
• a 6.5-inch board with a 700 W motor;
• a kart set for each size, pairing the board with the Hoverkart, our go-kart seat for hoverboards;
• the Hoverkart on its own, as a standard seat or with suspension.

Each product page opens with the numbers that decide whether a board suits the rider: top speed, range per charge, battery and maximum rider weight. Start with our all-terrain boards.

Why rough ground and rider help

The questions that matter after a purchase are rarely about colour. Will the board cope with a lawn? Is a heavier rider inside the limit? Why has it started beeping? We built the shop around questions like these.

That is also why our rider help is sorted by symptom. Every guide follows the same pattern: what to look at first, the point where you stop, and the moment it makes sense to hand the problem to us.

What we do not do

• We run no shop, no showroom, and no workshop or service point anywhere in the UK; everything is sold online.
• We do not offer test rides.
• We do not sell loose or spare lithium-ion batteries.
• We do not print speed, range or weight figures that the manufacturer has not given us. If a number is unknown, we leave it out or say so.
